While you’ve been away doing all that summer stuff, we’ve been busy making some great improvements to the Peruvian – all with you in mind.
Yeah we’re all a little vain and that’s okay. So, first thing we did was replace the carpeting in areas that needed it most – hallways, stairs, large suites, all first floor guest rooms and the Alf Engen Room. Next on the list was replacing the older bedspreads with fresh new white duvet comforters in all of the Nordic Rooms. We also added two new windows in the men’s dorm room for more natural light and airflow. For the convenience factor, we installed a new energy efficient washer and dryer in the guest laundry area. To finish it off, we decided the Alf Engen Room needed that wow factor – so we installed a 79 inch 4K resolution Sony Smart TV. Now that’s a TV.
To stay in tiptop shape, we also did some updates that you can’t necessarily see including finalizing the replacement all of the roofs as well as many other back-of-the-house maintenance projects.
But there are some things we just don’t want to change and that’s our great department heads returning to the Peruvian this season to serve you.
Patrick Pike, the attentive guy who heads up the Front Desk & Reservations
Drew DiSabatino, head chef who cooks up a mean dish (or three)
Miguel Aguirre, the gentleman keeping things tidy, heading up the housekeeping team
Andy Gardner, expert skier and the dude that runs the ski rental shop
And…Nicole Hilton, who’s stepping into the role of Dining Room Manager, replacing Gretchen Wolf, who will be attending school full time this season. We wish Gretchen the best!
So book your next stay asap and get ready to be wowed!
