Missing Us Already?

Missing us already? Don’t worry – we’ll be right here waiting for you next season. As you’re packing up your gear, take a second to read the Peruvian’s 2015/16 season recap:

• First things first, the snow! Alta’s snowfall was very strong and consistent from opening through January giving us a hefty base to last throughout the rest of the season. Right now, we’re looking at a season total of 408″ inches! 
• Prior to opening, Peruvian guests were welcomed with a brand new exterior sign. We blogged about it, give it a read.
• The Peruvian was fortunate enough to lodge more guests this season than any other season since 2008 and we think that’s simply fabulous. We truly appreciate your business!
• Many of our guests sounded off on travel sites and on social media simply letting us know that we are on the right track, providing just the right kind of place you like to stay when you ski. We’re also humbled to hear a lot of feedback about the quality of our service, which is nice because over half of our staff was brand new this season. We’re really proud of the work they did.
• The Discrete Clothing’s Alta Peruvian Lodge Video Challenge continued for the second season in our bar drawing videos from all corners vying for a total of over $12,000 in prizes over 6 rounds. We saw some incredible and highly creative ski videos in this year’s entries and we plan on continuing the tradition next season!
• What’s next at the Peruvian? Well…we’re still prioritizing the many improvements that we will undertake during the upcoming off-season. So stay tuned, we’ll be giving you some details of our plans in our next newsletter.
