Say Hello To Nicole

So you know that all that magic in the Peruvian dining room doesn’t just happen. It takes a lot of time, effort and talent to ensure that our guests are provided with a great dining experience. And we have Nicole Hilton and her dedicated team to thank for that.

Assuming the role of Dining Room Manager for the third season in a row, (maybe a lifer, who knows…) Nicole oversees the daily operation of our dining room. Everyone at the Peruvian is happy to have her back and appreciates the unique touch she adds to the dining experience.

So a little bit about Nicole- her favorite area to ski at Alta is the “endless, epic, pow stash in the Ho.”  She enjoys the fun vibe of working in the dining room and loves hearing all the stories from guests about the day’s adventures.
